Refund policy

In the event that you need to return an item, we ask that you inform us within 14 days of your purchase. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return.

If the goods are found to be faulty or damaged, kindly contact us with your order number and provide details of the damage or fault. We may request photographic evidence to better understand the issue.

Upon approval of your return request, we ask that you send the item back to us within 14 days. Please note, all returned items should be in their original condition and packaging.
